I think the Zebco 33 is the best rod and reel you can get for beginers because it is cheep and no hard to work. The reel has a big black button the you push to release the line so that when you cast your lure goes out to. The handle has two nobs on it so you can grip it easier. It also comes with a pretty good rod. Also you can uses to brim or bass fish. And just to sum it all up you do not have to worry bout putting line on it because it comes with line already on it.
